Three industrial lease transactions, completed earlier in the year, have attracted new tenants at three locations in Morris County. The largest lease was for 7,800 square feet at 273 Franklin Rd. in Randolph, part of the Commerce Park Commons complex. The other two were for 2,550 square feet and 5,146 square feet respectively. The transactions were represented by principals Brian Wilson, Tom Consiglio and Scott Peck.
