Gabe Perreault, a product of the USA Hockey National Development Team Program, has decided not to participate in the World Championship after his early season with the Rangers. Instead, he will focus on his training and maintaining his strength. The 20-year-old, who is listed at 180 pounds, will also spend part of the summer training in New York.
