The announcement comes as part of the transformation of Wynwood into a live-work-play neighborhood, with the opening of two new businesses, Sanguich and H&H Bagels, which have been featured on "Sex and the City" and "Seinfeld," set to open at the Amazon-anchored campus in 2026. The new businesses are expected to open this year.
