Edwards Companies puts $600 million Capitol Square project on hold

The $600 million project by local developer, Edwards Companies, has been halted by the news. The project was intended to overhaul several blocks of the city and has already spurred numerous developments, including the 24-hour Preston Centre and 15-story Pembroke apartment complexes.
