A local real estate firm has purchased an unfinished townhouse development in Las Vegas for $4.8 million. The building, which was overrun by vandals and homeless people, had more than a dozen units already built but were never finished. The project, which initially planned for 79 units, was blighted and had become an eyesore with graffiti, holes in the walls, a ripped-out garage door on the ground, weeds and trash scattered about. The new owner, Trust Home Builders, aims to finish these homes by this summer and eventually build all 79 units. The complex will be renamed Foundry Square Lofts.
