iPhone brand loyalty at record high level, with Android users switching

A smartphone loyalty survey conducted by SellCell reveals that Android users are 3.7 times more likely to switch to iPhone than the reverse. The survey also revealed that iPhone brand loyalty has significantly increased in the last five years. The company surveyed over 5,000 smartphone users across iPhone and Android phones in the US. It also revealed a significant increase in expectations for future upgrades, with 96.4% of iPhone users expecting to buy another iPhone, while only 3.6% expecting to switch.
