The memorial service program from the 1999 memorial service for John F. Kennedy Jr. and wife Carolyn Bessette and sister Lauren Bessettes was shared by Christ Church Greenwich, the Connecticut parish that Carolyn and JFK Jr. attended when they were in the area. The church shared photos of the program from that service on social media. The service included three separate readings for Lauren, Carolyn, Carolyn and Kennedy Jr., three of whom were also present at the service. The National Transportation Safety Board concluded in 2000 that pilot error was the most likely cause of the plane crash.
