White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller has accused Democrats of keeping “blackmail files” for when it suits them, following allegations of sexual misconduct and assault. The allegations were made during an appearance on Fox News’s “Jesse Waters Primetime.” and came after a push to oust Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) from Congress. The Democratic Party did not immediately respond to Miller's allegations, but multiple Democrats have publicly condemned Swallwell's behavior. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department confirmed that an ongoing investigation is in "preliminary stages" and "ongoing."
