Blake Lively's legal team has stated that her sexual harassment allegations against director-costar Justin Baldoni remain the core of her case against him. Following the dismissal of 10 of Lively’s claims against Baldoni on April 2, her attorney Michael Gottlieb stated that the court's decision was about legal issues rather than an endorsement of the defendants' conduct. Baldoni's attorney, Bryan Freedman, denied the allegations and claimed that his clients were unaware of the harassment. The case against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, is set to go to trial on the core claims that Lively made public about sexual harassment and received retaliation for speaking out against it.
