This comes as Iran strikes a key water and electrical plant in Kuwait as part of its ongoing campaign against the Gulf Arab states. Meanwhile, Israel's military launched a new wave of attacks on Iran, targeting its main nuclear research center and two drones launched from Yemen. Saudi Arabia intercepted five missiles targeting its oil-rich Eastern Province, Bahrain sounded a missile alert, and Dubai saw a fireball erupt over Dubai as an incoming missile was taken out by defenses. Iran's attacks on the energy infrastructure of the region and its control on the Strait of Hormuz have led to rising oil prices and concerns about a global energy crisis.
