The Red Sox need to shake up the top of their lineup to avoid slow starts

The Boston Red Sox team is struggling early in the season, with slow starts attributed to many of their bats. The team's top five players, including Jarren Duran, Caleb Durbin and Masataka Yoshida, have been struggling. Manager Alex Cora needs to make changes to the top of the lineup. Suggestions include placing Wilyer Abreu and Roman Anthony into the 4 & 5 hole full-time, potentially replacing them with Yoshida or Ceddanne Rafaela at leadoff. While it's too early to push a trade, there are prospects in Worcester who could potentially be called up to help the team.
