Webb County tax office floods during heavy rain

The heavy rainfall that flooded the Judith Zaffirini Justice Center in Texas has caused taxpayers to walk through the water to pay their bills. Despite the inconvenience, the tax office remained open. Chief Deputy Tax Assessor Collector, Maria Elena Morales, said this was the worst incident she'd seen. She is urging Webb County commissioners to make permanent roof repairs.
