Abuse Allegation At Behavior Health Facility Leads To 2 Arrests

A recent abuse allegation at a New York state health facility led to two arrests. The suspect, Raymond Elders, 65, is facing five counts, including two counts related to possessing explosives after a felony conviction. The victim was rushed to hospital and a 28-year-old woman was also taken into custody. The incident occurred after a member of the public spotted the stolen items online.
