The first floor of the building would still be used as a restaurant, with the second-floor office, and the third floor covered by rooftop decks. However, the Planning Commission has raised concerns about the developer's stormwater-management plans, which currently send rainwater out of an adjacent parking lot. A hearing is scheduled for Monday.
