Dustin DeWitt, a 21-year-old Stockton man, was killed in a double-stabbing incident in downtown Sacramento near the city of Constantine, California. The victim died at the hospital after being transported alongside a woman to be treated for their stab wounds. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. on the 400th K Street. No suspect information has been released.
