1 person dead after suspected DUI crash in Madera County, CHP confirms

The California Highway Patrol has confirmed that one person is dead following a suspected DUI crash in Madera County. The driver of a white Ford sedan was hit at the intersection of Avenue 17 and Daley Road and lost control of the vehicle, causing it to flip multiple times. The victim was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. No identities have been released.
