Korea Box Office: ‘Salmokji : Whispering Water’ Maintains Command in Second Weekend

The South Korean box office remained open for the second weekend, with "Salmokji : Whispering Water" earning $3.3 million from 472,121 admissions. The film, directed by Lee Sang-min and starring Kim Hye-yoon and Lee Jong-won, has now reached a cumulative gross of $10.2 million from 1,461,849 admissions. "Project Hail Mary" held steady in second place with $1.3m. In third place, "The King's Warden" added $712,905 to its record-breaking total of $17.5 million. The identity drama "My Name" debuted in fourth place, earning $380,515 from 60,953 admissions. Other top 10 films included "The Truman Show" in ninth place and "Haikyu!!: The Dumpster Battle" in tenth.
