Mark Gastineau appealing denial of ESPN ‘30 for 30’ lawsuit in latest legal twist

Jets legend Mark Gastineau is appealing the dismissal of his lawsuit against ESPN, the NFL, and NFL Films over the ESPN “30 for 30” documentary, "The New York Sack Exchange". The initial lawsuit was dismissed in March, with Gastinee claiming he was portrayed as "maliciously false" and that the network had used a clip showing him confronting Brett Favre without his permission.
