Ohio brute who was serving 29-year sentence for murder has all but 1 charge dropped

An Ohio man sentenced to 29 years in prison for murdering Christopher Roberts in 2022 has all but one of his charges dropped following a ruling by an appeals court that violated his constitutional rights during trial. The court ruled that the use of visible leg irons during trial was inconsistent with the Fifth, Sixth and 14th amendments of the US Constitution, and that Robertson's shackled appearance jeopardized his right to a free and fair trial. His convictions were overturned, along with those of aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, improper discharge into a habitation, and three counts of felonious assault.
