Barbra Streisand is set to receive an honorary Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival in May. This will be her first time appearing at Cannes and she will be presented with the Palme. Streesand's contributions to philanthropic causes include the Barbra Streisander Women’s Heart Center at the Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute and the Streisandra Foundation.
