The ‘Corny’ Song Nas Regretted Putting On This 1999 Album

Nas, one of the most respected and influential rappers in the genre, has expressed regret over a song from his 1999 album I Am… that he now finds to be "corny." During a 2018 appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Nas mentioned an entire song, "Dr. Knockboot". He also praised Kendrick Lamar as the next big hip-hop icon to carry the torch. Despite this, Nas revealed that he is making new business moves outside of hip-h.
