Elon Musk's SpaceX is partnering with Anthropic to power Claude, an AI supercomputer developed by Anthropic. This partnership comes despite Musk and Anthropic opposing President Donald Trump's administration. The companies announced that Anthropic will gain access to Colossus 1, xAI’s massive AI super computer cluster, and will also have access to over 300 megawatts of additional compute capacity. The partnership is expected to significantly improve service for Claude Pro and Claude Max subscribers. This comes after Musk accused Anthropic of being "misanthropic" after the company raised $30 billion in funding at a $380 billion post-money valuation.
