A Los Angeles court has ordered the eviction of actor Mickey Rourke after he refused $100,000 in donations from fans who had donated more than $100k to keep his home safe. Rourke had signed a lease agreement through until April 30 of last year, with rent starting at $5,200 before rising to $7,000 a month for the three-bedroom home at 6520 Drexel Ave. in Los Angeles. The actor fell months behind and owed landlord Goldie $59,100, including legal fees, by the end of the year. However, Rourke claimed he never authorized this fundraiser and was unaware of the campaign.
