Comedian Pete Davidson is selling his Westchester County home for $2.27 million, three years after purchasing it, as he aims to focus on family in Staten Island. The former "Saturday Night Live" cast member purchased the more than 6-acre spread for $1.95 million in 2023. Davidson transformed the 1930s-era home into a personal retreat with a guesthouse, a pool, a sauna, and a hidden speakeasy. The property also served as a creative hub for his Netflix podcast. Despite the upgrades, Davidson said the distance from loved ones in New Jersey and Staten Island became harder to justify.
