Kevin McGurn, former Hulu and Vevo executive, has been appointed as interim CEO of Trump Media & Technology Group, the parent company of social-media platform Truth Social and other businesses, effective immediately. McGurn will succeed Devin Nunes, who has been TMTG's CEO since 2022 and is now exiting the company. The company's mission is to end Big Tech's assault on free speech by opening up the internet and giving people their voices back. Last December, Trump Media announced a merger agreement with nuclear fusion company TAE Technologies in an all-stock deal valued at over $6 billion. For full-year 2025, the company reported $3.7 million in revenue and a $712.3 million consolidated net loss.
