Gregory Moore, former Cleveland divorce attorney, is accused of murdering his client, Aliza Sherman, in March 2013. The murder went unsolved until May 2, 2025 when Moore was indicted by U.S. Marshals in Austin, Texas. Moore posted a $2 million bond and was released from jail on July 3, 2025. The defense has argued that this is necessary for their preparation for trial. Moore has pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated murder, conspiracy, murder, and kidnapping.
