Om. Mohamed Sadiq Radwan has been appointed as Chairman of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) for a one-year term, succeeding Dr. Islam Azzam as head of the Financial Regulatory Authority. Radwan, who has extensive experience across Egypt's financial and investment sector, most recently served as CEO of Wealth Management at Beltone Financial and Head of Growth Sector at the same firm. He also served as Group Chief Risk Officer at CI Capital Holding between 2022 and 2025.
