Massive Hillsborough self-storage facility to open 709 units

A real estate development firm, Shadowbrook Capital, has secured financing for a 709-unit self-storage facility in Hillsborough, set to open in 2027. The site spans 8.64 acres and will be temperature-controlled. The company secured a five-year construction and bridge loan through Provident Bank.
