More than 400 pounds of explosives stolen from Kentucky construction site; 2 charged

A man and woman are accused of stealing over 438 pounds of explosives from a construction site in Louisville, Kentucky. The explosives were discovered in less than 24 hours and the suspects, identified as James Culver, 44, and Lasierra Chesher, 39, were arrested. They are charged with theft of explosive material and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
