The Pitt ended its Season 2 with an unexpected post-credits scene featuring Dr. Santos and Dr. King doing Karaoke outside of the ER. The scene was a last-minute addition and offered a glimpse into how the hospital staff decompresses after a long day. Showrunner R. Scott Gemmill suggested the idea of the scene, which included a karaoke scene, was a surprise and appreciated.
