A woman in her 20s was killed in a two-vehicle crash near Dunlap, California, that may have been caused by a DUI. The driver of a Tesla crossed into oncoming traffic and hit a Kia Soul nearly headon. The Kia went down an embankment and was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are now investigating the crash as a possible DUI.
