The National Weather Service has issued a Weather Alert for Monday, with a severe weather outlook for the following day. The weather will remain mild, with temperatures expected to remain above the 40S and potentially transition to colder temperatures. The cold weather is expected to continue throughout the day, but could create a significant disruption on our roads due to a potential transition to SNOWFALL. This is due to an off-shower potential for some heavy showers and possible snowfall. The system is also associated with a storm system bringing some snowfall to Northern New England, where it will stay in the form of rain. However, temperatures could fluctuate throughout the night, potentially causing some localized flooding.
