St. Paul police arrest man in fatal pedestrian hit-and-run crash

St. Paul police have arrested a 34-year-old man on suspicion of criminal vehicular homicide in a fatal hit-and-run incident that occurred on Feb. 16. The victim, Lisa Giuere, sustained serious injuries and died at the hospital. Police have thanked anyone with information about the incident. The man was arrested and is being held in the Ramsey County jail.
