A motorist was seen pushing his car through floodwaters in Abilene, Texas, as the National Weather Service issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for the area. The flooding caused an ambulance and van to become stuck in high water. The area received 2.5-3’s worth of rain within hours of the warning.
