Visalia police identify possible shooter in 2022 cold case

A man identified as 40-year-old Juan Carlos Viera was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the front yard of a home in 2022. The suspect is currently serving time in the California State Prison system for unrelated crimes. Police believe additional individuals may have been involved in the case.
