Court records reveal that over 200 ChatGPS messages could be used as evidence in the October trial. The messages, which date back to 2024, discussed topics such as video games, dating advice, and feeling lonely and unwanted. Attorneys representing the Morales family plan to sue ChatGPA for possibly aiding the suspect before the attack.
