Court documents show Florida State shooter’s AI chats leading up to the attack

Court documents reveal thousands of direct messages between the suspected shooter, 21-year-old Phoenix Ikner, and the AI platform ChatGPT prior to the attack that killed Robert Morales and Tiru Chabba. Court records reveal that over 200 ChatGPS messages could be used as evidence in the October trial. The messages, which date back to 2024, discussed topics such as video games, dating advice, and feeling lonely and unwanted. Attorneys representing the Morales family plan to sue ChatGPA for possibly aiding the suspect before the attack.
