The United States Department of Public Affairs (OPP) has filed a lawsuit against the city and three of Mayor Mike Johnston's appointees, accusing them of unethical behavior and planning to oust their boss. The lawsuit alleges that these appointees are planning to do so in an effort to secure the position of their positions in the future. The general manager, however, responded to the allegations by stating that the public will not be able to identify the individuals involved in the lawsuit.
