Police have released a new video of the suspect in an unprovoked stabbing of a woman in Elmhurst, Queens. The attacker, identified as 29-year-old Lisette Ramales, was waiting to cross the street when he attacked her on a street corner before sunrise. The victim's family believes the attack should not have occurred to the mother of three. Police recovered a knife at the scene and are still searching for the suspect.
