Authorities are searching for Jose Barrios, an incarcerated person who walked away from a Male Community Reentry Program in Los Angeles, California. The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (Phenomenomen) discovered that he had removed his GPS device and is believed to have left the area in a white vehicle. The 24-year-old man was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black shirt, and possibly with at least one facial tattoo.
