Jose Casimiro Ramirez, 45, has been arrested for allegedly stabbing a homeowner near downtown Gilbert. Police say he forced his way into the home and then stabbed the man in the lower abdomen. The suspect was identified through a sketch and security camera footage. The incident occurred shortly after noon on Thursday.
