A 79-year-old man and his passenger, John Huston, were involved in a two-vehicle collision at a Montgomery County intersection. The crash occurred at the intersection of Hoke and Westbrook roads in Clayton, about 70 miles west of Columbus. Huston was driving a 2023 Hyundai Elantra southbound when he failed to yield the right of way and was hit by a westbound 2013 Chevrolet Silverado driven by 39-year old Cody Ritter. Both were transported to Miami Valley Hospital with serious injuries. The intersection was closed for several hours as multiple agencies assisted.
