Amazon to Hit Canadian, US Sellers With Fuel and Logistics Surcharge

Amazon will impose a 3.5 percent surcharge on sellers in Canada and the United States due to a rising fuel price. The move comes as the company struggles with higher operating costs following the Iran war. The surcharge will take effect on April 17 and will be applied to Canadian and U.S. sellers using its Fulfillment by Amazon (FPA) service. The charge will also apply to those using Buy with Prime in the US and Multi-Channel Fulfilations.
