Residents concerned after fatal hit-and-run at busy stretch of road in Overlea

Baltimore County police have identified 69-year-old homeless man, Landis Williams, as the driver of a silver 2014 Honda CR-V. Williams was hit along a busy stretch of Belair Road and died at the hospital. The driver of the vehicle has not yet been identified. Residents have expressed concern about the dangerous stretch of road, which they believe is unsafe for pedestrians to cross. The suspect vehicle was not stolen and has been located. Police have not disclosed whether charges are pending.
