State Trooper Murdered During Routine Traffic Stop. Killer Appeared To Be Marxist

Pennsylvania State Police Cpl. Timothy O'Connor was killed in a murder-suicide by 32-year-old Jesse Nathan Elks, who appeared to be an open Marxist who believed that "All Cops Are Bad". Elks allegedly shot O' Connor during a routine traffic stop and then killed himself with his pistol. The police are still investigating Elks' motives and his social media posts, which suggest he shared anti-capitalist and anti-law enforcement messaging between 2020 and 2021. His Facebook profile includes numerous photos of Elks and his family advocating for leftist thought.
