A man has been arrested for a stabbing incident in Waterbury, Connecticut, which occurred around 11.50 a.m. Police identified the suspect as 25-year-old Shyquan Savoy. The incident reportedly stemmed from a disturbance between two individuals and is considered to be an isolated incident. The victim was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.
