Joanna "JoJo" Levesque is set to replace Lea Michele in the role of Florence Vassy in Chess on Broadway from June 23 to September 13. This marks her return to Broadway after starring in Moulin Rouge as Satine. The musical features a new book by Danny Strong, music and lyrics by ABBA's Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus, direction by Michael Mayer, and choreography by Lorin Latarro.
