The relationship between hip-hop and WWE is strong, with both companies gaining visibility through their innovative podcasts and live events. Former WWE Women's Champion Jade Cargill expressed satisfaction over the visibility gained through these shows. The company, acquired by Endeavor Group Holdings in 2023 and merged with the UFC to form a new parent company, TKO, has also announced a partnership with ESPN to broadcast its premium live events and an additional deal with streaming giant Netflix, where all WWE programming can be found globally. Netflix has also helped bridge the gap between the squared circle and hip-music, with recent appearances from Drake, Lil Wayne, and Travis Scott.
