CNBC Daily Open: 'Period of destruction' paused after Iran's 'present'

The United States has halted its "period of energy plant destruction" by 10 days until April 6, following reports of progress in peace talks with Iran. The U.S. is reportedly planning to send thousands more troops to the Middle East, with about 3,000 from the Army's 82nd Airborne Division and two Marine Expeditionary Units. There are also suggestions of a ground attack on Iran.
