Milan J. Coleman, from Festus, Missouri, is accused of stealing $24K in merchandise from a Crystal City smoke shop on Dec. 23, 2025. Police say he entered the shop through a locked basement door and then used a piece of sheet metal to enter the merchandise area. The stolen items include disposable nicotine vapes, THC vapes and a firearm belonging to the store owner. The Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has charged Coleman with first-degree burglary, stealing, and causing significant property damage.
