At least 17 ultra-Orthodox protesters were arrested during anti-draft protests in Jerusalem and Tel Hashomer, Israel, on Sunday, attempting to block vehicles and address police with "hateful chants". Two additional protesters were also arrested during the demonstration. The police are working to maintain the flow of traffic and report any attempts to obstructivelyise the area.
